Today I was trying to find something (anything) to wear and I suddenly realised that I don't own any tees. Admittedly they're not high on my fashion priority list but still, not one tee?? Thanks to Modekungen, a Swedish clothing label that sell all kinds of goodies for both the gents and the ladies, my embarrassing tee situation is about to change. They also ship worldwide...ohhhhh yeaaah. I'm not really into quotes and phrases on tees but I thought the cowboy one was funny. The only problem is I can't decide which one I want the most. Better buy two then.

Just some rings on my shortlist. Yes the short list. The long list is highly embarrassing. I love wearing rings on every finger...to the point where I often feel that I need more fingers. I'm probably going to be that old lady that wears every piece of jewelery she owns.
On a side note, I'm heading to Melbourne for an op shopping, latte drinking, restaurant eating, tram riding bonanza. I've been to Melbourne a few times now but hoping people can recommend places worth visiting??

I really don't know how I came across Backyard Bill but I'm glad I did. It's a bit of an odd name but 3 years ago professional photographer William Gentle named the blog after shooting his friends in his back garden. The blog is a meet'n'greet for some super stylish and inspiring New Yorkers. If you're thinking 'Wow another street style blog...ground-breaking', rest assured. It's just way better.
Backyard Bill reminds us to embrace our individual style because lets face it, individuality is what makes people interesting.

Note: To all students currently undertaking exams, this is probably yet another unnecessary procrastination tool. Best not to click on the link.

When you have limited funds and limited access to fashion retail outlets, styling outfits on polyvore is the next best thing. I always wondered how all the magazines did these style sets. Here I was thinking that they must have had photoshop whizzes styling these all day. Wrong.
Unfortunately I won't be affording a Ralph Lauren leather jacket anytime soon but the purpose of my "polyvoring" is so that hopefully I can remember my style sets when I'm thrifting.
